1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Invesi LLC (“Invesi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and to invesi.com and every website, checkout, digital product, software service, or other online property owned or operated by Invesi LLC that displays or links to this policy (collectively, the “Properties”).
A Property may provide additional privacy notices at the point of collection. If an additional notice conflicts with this policy for a particular feature or transaction, the more specific notice controls for that feature or transaction.
This policy does not govern independently operated third-party websites, services, or properties linked from our Properties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Inquiry and support information: your name, email address, interest type, the property or product involved, message content, and related correspondence.
- Transaction information: your name, contact details, billing details, order details, purchase history, subscription status, tax-related information when required, and records of refunds, cancellations, or disputes.
- Software and digital-product information: license, entitlement, activation, version, download, device, or account information reasonably needed to deliver, maintain, secure, or support software and digital products.
- Business-deal information: information provided in connection with advertising, sponsorship, domain-name, website, partnership, or acquisition discussions and related agreements.
Information collected automatically
When you use a Property, our hosting, security, delivery, or payment providers may automatically receive limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested page, referring page, date and time, error data, and security or transaction identifiers. We use this information to operate, deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the Properties—not for behavioral advertising.
Information from service providers
We may receive transaction status, payment confirmation, fraud signals, subscription status, and limited customer or order information from Stripe. We may also receive inquiry submissions from SplitForms and operational information from hosting, content-delivery, or security providers.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries, proposals, payment questions, and support requests;
- process and document purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, downloads, licenses, and transfers;
- deliver and maintain software, digital downloads, advertising, sponsorships, domains, websites, services, and other purchased items;
- authenticate transactions, prevent fraud or abuse, secure the Properties, and enforce agreements;
- maintain business, tax, accounting, dispute, and compliance records;
- comply with law, legal process, and lawful requests; and
- communicate about payments, subscriptions, transactions, requested support, or other matters directly related to your relationship with Invesi.
We do not use contact or transaction information to send unrelated promotional email. If our practices change, we will provide any notice and choice required by law.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers: SplitForms for inquiry collection; Stripe for payment, subscription, and fraud-prevention services; and providers of hosting, content delivery, security, email, software delivery, accounting, or professional services.
- Complete a requested transaction: for example, registrars, escrow providers, licensing providers, or counterparties involved in a domain, website, software, advertising, sponsorship, or acquisition transaction, when appropriate and disclosed in the transaction.
- Comply with law and protect rights: to courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect Invesi, our users, or others.
- Complete a business change: in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar event, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
We require providers to handle information for authorized purposes and with safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
5. Payments and Stripe
Stripe handles payment processing for Invesi. Invesi does not receive or store your full payment-card number, card security code, or complete bank-account credentials. Stripe may collect payment credentials, billing information, device information, fraud-prevention information, and transaction data under its own terms and privacy notices.
Invesi receives limited information needed to confirm and administer a transaction, such as customer contact information, transaction amount, purchased item, payment status, subscription status, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Learn more in Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
7. Data retention
Ordinary contact-form inquiries are retained for fewer than ten business days. We may retain an inquiry longer when reasonably necessary to continue a transaction or support matter you requested, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, enforce an agreement, or meet a legal obligation.
Transaction, subscription, tax, accounting, license, delivery, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, contractual relationship, dispute period, security need, or legal and accounting requirement. Stripe retains information under its own policies.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it using reasonable measures, subject to backups and legal retention obligations.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Invesi voluntarily offers United States residents the ability to request:
- confirmation of whether we hold their personal information and access to that information;
- correction of inaccurate personal information;
- deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, transaction, and recordkeeping exceptions; and
- information about the categories of information collected, purposes of use, and categories of recipients.
Start with the contact form so the request reaches the team that can route it promptly. If the form is unavailable or the request remains unresolved, email legal@invesi.com. The legal inbox is managed by the Invesi LLC legal team but is not monitored daily.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect against fraudulent requests. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

During the preceding 12 months, Invesi has not sold personal information, shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or disclosed it to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
We review this policy at least annually and will update this California notice if our practices or applicable obligations change.
10. Security and data location
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures reasonably designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Invesi is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards.
11. Children
The Properties are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Anyone making a purchase, starting a subscription, or submitting a binding proposal must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to act for a business or other entity.
If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to us, use the contact process below so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Properties, providers, transactions, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date.
